MayGELLINGIt is with great sadness and much love that I announce the passing of my beloved mother, May Gelling, aged 90yrs.
Mum passed peacefully on May 22nd 2026 at Loxley Hall Nursing home in Helsby, Frodsham.
May was Born on May 8th 1936 to James and Charlotte and she spent her life, since 21yrs as a devoted wife to Eddie, and later mother to Paul and Bryan. She was a loving sister and also went on to become a Grandmother and Great Grandmother many times.
Mum and Dad had a long career in Clubs and Pubs around Widnes, Earlestown and Runcorn and were known and respected by many friends and visitors.
Mum will deeply be missed and lovingly remembered by all her family and friends
May's funeral is on Friday June 26th at 10:30am, at St Luke's Church, Widnes, followed by her burial with her beloved husband Eddie at Widnes Cemetery. Should you need any information please call the Funeral Home on 01514235621
